Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegations against the petitioners, nature of injury, which is opined to be simple in nature and absence of record of any past criminal antecedent against any of the petitioners, it is directed that, the petitioners shall surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Puri, in connection with G.R. Case No.592 of 2020 corresponding to Satyabadi P.S. Case No.59 of 2020 within fifteen (15) days from today. In the event of their surrender and motion for bail within the aforesaid period, each of the petitioners shall be allowed to go on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Puri, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the petitioners may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
