Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations, as also the surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, it is observed that in the event the petitioners surrender in the court in seisin of the case in connection with Erasama P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.761 of 2019 on the file of learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law without being influenced by this order so as to enable the petitioners to approach the next higher forum early in case necessity so arises. The case records be made available at the cost of the petitioners.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
