This is an application for modification of the order no.2 passed in ABLAPL No.3730 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the Date of Order Column instead of mentioning the date as “07.05.2020”, it has been wrongly mentioned as “07.02.2020” for which the petitioner could not comply with the aforesaid order.
In such view of the matter, the date “07.02.2020” mentioned in the aforesaid order as stated above be read as “07.05.2020” and the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended for a further period of fifteen day hence. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.
This order shall be read as a part of the original
order.
The I.A. is disposed of.
As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
