The petitioner in this case having been implicated in Plant Site P.S. Case No.23 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.100 of 2018, pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 341/ 323/ 324/ 326/ 294/ 506/ 427/ 431/ 395/332/333/307/120-B/149 of IPC read with Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.
Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Perused the F.I.R. along with the charge-sheet. Regard being had to the facts and submissions made, especially the nature of accusation, character of evidence appearing against the petitioner, circumstances in which the offences stated to have been committed, factum of completion of investigation and there being no likelihood of the petitioner absconding or tampering with the prosecution evidence, if released on pre-arrest bail, this Court directs that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence and makes a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall release him on bail in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
