This is an application for extension of time to surrender as fixed in the order dated 15.07.2020.
Considering the grounds taken in the interim application and after hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, I am inclined to extend the date of surrender of the petitioner before the learned Court below till 9th October 2020.
It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
