This is an application for extension of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not comply with the order dated 13.07.2020 in surrendering before the learned Court below as per the order dated 13.07.2020 passed in ABLAPL No.978 of 2020 on account of his father’s ailment and some further time may be granted.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection in that respect.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the date of surrender is extended till 15.09.2020.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
