This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.11.2020 passed in ABLAPL No.13643 of 2020.
Heard.
Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition; the name of the court “S.D.J.M., Bargarh” be corrected as “S.D.J.M., Padampur”.
Necessary correction be carried out in the cause title of the bail petition.
In view of above, the period for surrender of the petitioner is hereby extended by further two weeks.
