Case No.260 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 394 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and viewing the materials as placed as also other surrounding circumstances, this Court finds no such reason/justification to entertain the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, ABLAPL stands dismissed.
