The petitioner being the wife of one Prakash Mohan Sahu, has filed this writ petition in the nature of habeas corpus for production of her husband. But the records show that the petitioner has filed an F.I.R. alleging cruelty and demand of dowry against her husband. Because of that the petitioner’s husband is not keeping in contact with the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that this writ petition in the nature of habeas corpus is not maintainable.
Hence, this WPCRL is dismissed as not
maintainable.
