Learned Addl. Government Advocate, on instruction from the Sector-19 Police Station, Rourkela, submits that the victim girl has been rescued and her statement has been recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. by the learned Magistrate. She has been produced before the CWC, Sundargarh and kept in short stay home at Bisra.
In that view of the matter, the WPCRL has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
