15.07.2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the Tahasildar, Jatni-Opposite Party No.3 to which court the case has been made over after bifurcation of the office of the Tahasildar of Bhubaneswar, to dispose of the W.L. Case No.926/1976 as directed in W.P.(C) No.10214/2003 by this Court.

Since this Court in the afore-stated writ petition has quashed the order impugned and remanded the matter back to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar for fresh disposal and the record has now been transferred to the court of Tahasildar, Jatni, it is appropriate to direct the Opposite Party No.3 to take up the matter as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing and production of documents to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
