Learned Addl. Government Advocate, on instruction from the I.I.C., Nayapalli Police Station, Bhubaneswar, submits that the victim girl has been traced out, her statement has been recorded by the learned Magistrate and she has been produced before the CWC, Bhubaneswar, Khurda.
In that view of the matter, the WPCRL has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
