Learned Addl. Government Advocate, on instruction from the I.I.C., Sahadev Khunta Police Station, Balasore, submits that the victim girl has been rescued. Her statement has been recorded by the learned Magistrate and she has been handed over to her father.
In that view of the matter, the WPCRL has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
