Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to opposite party No.2-Collector, Kendrapara to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 within a stipulated time. In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a proper application before the authority.
