Petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the preliminary notification issued by the State Government vide Annexure-2 dated 8.1.2015 and L.A. Case No. 3 of 2015 which has been instituted, in which the land of the petitioner is involved and direct the State Government to follow the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Government Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today stating therein that he has no instruction in this matter. The memo be kept on record.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
