The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.2 to 4 to disburse the gratuity amount of his deceased father Gouranga Charan Mishra, Ex-Junior Clerk in his favour immediately in equal share with the opposite party no.5.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no. 2 vide Annexure-5 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
