02 11.03.2019 Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to opposite party no.3 to reinstate him in the post of Swechhasevi Sikhya Sahayak presently known as Sikhya Sahayak.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representations to opposite party no. 3 vide Annexure-5 series and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representations stated to have been filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
