The petitioner has filed this application for rechecking and re-addition of marks in Annual HSC Examination -2010.
Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel for opposite party submits that this writ petition has become infructuous as in the meantime nine years have elapsed.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly as infructuous.
