Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Satpathy, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction with regard to appointment of Sikshya Sahayak pursuant to advertisement issued in Annexure-1 of the year 2006 and in the meantime, the scheme has been abolished, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
