This is a writ petition challenging acceptance of V.R.S. application at the instance of the petitioner even after receipt of an application on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the V.R.S. application. For the disclosure that not only the V.R.S. involving the petitioner has been accepted but the petitioner has also received all the benefits as an outcome of the acceptance of V.R.S. since long, this Court finds no scope for entertaining such writ petition. Consequently the writ petition stands dismissed.
