As already the Eviction Notice has been issued against the petitioners by the Tahasildar, Mahangaopposite party no.4, the petitioners, if so advised, may participate in the proceeding by filing the Show Cause.
It is made clear that the petitioners should be given opportunity of being heard and they should also be given opportunity of adducing evidence to show their entitlement over the land in question.
Till thirty days of the disposal of the eviction proceeding, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners, if petitioners have not been evicted in the meantime.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
