This appeal has not been admitted as of now. On consent of the parties this matter is taken up for final disposal.
Considering the rival contentions of the parties and for the conditions imposing 6% interest on the awarded amount, if paid within sixty days on receipt of the order and charging 8% if defaulted in making such payment within the time, this Court finds, there is no infirmity in the impugned award so far it relates to charging of interest @8% in default. There is also no other grounds to challenge the award. As a consequence, there is no scope for admitting this appeal. For the admitted position that there has been no payment of the awarded amount within the time famed therein, this appeal stands dismissed.
