for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed OLR Appeal No.02 of 2019 before the Addl. District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar. He submits that a direction may be issued to A.D.M., Bhubaneswar to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
Considering the submission made, the application is disposed of with a direction to the Addl. District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar, to dispose of OLR Appeal No.02 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
