Assailing the order dated 6.7.2018, passed by the Tahasildar, Jajpur, in Mutation Case No.1222 of 2018, the instant writ petition has been filed. Against the said order appeal lies with the SubCollector, Jajpur.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
It is open to the petitioners to assail the order of the Tahasildar before the Sub-Collector, Jajpur.
Certified copies of Annexures-1 and 2 be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners, as photo copies of the same are already available on record.
