The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the resolution under Annexure-2, by which the selection of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secretary of the Gram Panchayat was rejected.
Since the post of Secretary of the Gram Panchayat has been manned by V.L.Ws, the question of selection of the petitioner does not arise. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly with the efflux time.
