Heard Mr. B.Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate and perused the record.
The petitioners have filed this writ application seeking direction to the opposite parties for conducting detail enquiry about the entire process of selection and appointment of Danger Building Workers in the Ordinance Factory at Badmal in the district of Bolangir after disposal of OJC No. 15454 of 1997 and punish the persons responsible for the illegalities and irregularities in accordance with law.
Since none is there on behalf of the petitioners to prosecute, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
