Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Assailing the order dated 2.11.2017, passed by the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar, in Mutation Case No.8130 of 2017, the instant writ petition has been filed. Against the said order appeal lies.
At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file appeal. He further prays that a direction may be issued to the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the appeal on merit within a stipulated time.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files appeal before the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar within fifteen days from today along with an application for condonation of delay, the latter shall do well to hear and dispose of the said appeal on merit and in accordance with law.
