Mr. M. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner by filing a memo in Court today states that he has no instruction in the matter. Therefore the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives. The memo be kept on record.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
