Heard Mr. B.Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State opposite parties, and perused the record.
The petitioner has filed this writ application seeking direction to the opposite parties to release grant-in-aid in accordance with Grant-in-Aid Order 1994.
Mr. B.Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that the writ application is not maintainable in view of Section 24-B of the Orissa Education Act.
In view of such submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application and the same is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
