07. 09.12.2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notification dated 16.08.2017 in Annexure-4 and further seeks for a direction to opposite party no.5 to complete the selection process for appointment of anganwadi worker in Ambagadi anganwadi centre on the basis of the notification issued on 04.01.2010 within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-5, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
