Perused the record. On 24.03.2015, none had appeared for the petitioners and it was directed by the Deputy Registrar (J) that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed before the Bench for dismissal. Again the matter was listed on 23.11.2016 and on that date also none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners and this Court directed that the defects, as pointed out by the S.R. be removed within a week. Then the matter was listed on 10.12.2019 and on that day direction was issued to remove the defects within one week peremptorily. Till date, the defects, as pointed out by the S.R., have not been removed.
In view of the above, due to non-compliance of orders of this Court and also for want of prosecution, the writ application stands dismissed.
