By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposite parties to remove the encroachment and unauthorized construction made by the persons over the land of Goudmal TOUP (M.E.) School as per Annexure-3 within a stipulated time.
Since the School in question is a private management and the encroachers are private parties, no P.I.L. will lie. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
