The petitioner files this writ application seeking to quash order dated 28.08.2012 in Annexure-4 and memo dated 04.10.2012 in Annexure-5.
Mr. B. Dash, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 has contended that since the petitioner was admitted on production of forged certificate in Annexure-A/3 to the counter affidavit, thereby his admission has been cancelled by the authority concerned.
In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application, which is accordingly dismissed.
