4 02.01.2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Standing Counsel.
On instruction, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that the ROR in the area, where the land falls, has been published.
Any person aggrieved by any entry made in the ROR may file a revision before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Orissa under Sec. 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act.
At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a revision before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Orissa. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the Commissioner to dispose of the revision on merit.

Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the petition with an observation that if the petitioner files a revision within a period of fifteen days from today before the Commissioner assailing the entry made in the ROR along with an application for condonation of delay, the revisional court shall do well to dispose of the revision on merit without being influenced by the order passed by the ASO, Bhubaneswar.
