2 21.12.2018 Prayer of the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division–cum-S.D.J.M.), Nayagarh to dispose of Interim Application No.4 of 2018 arising out of Civil Suit No.71 of 2000 within a stipulated time.
