02. 19.11.2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By way of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the Registrar, Odisha State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack to transfer O.A. No. 2434(C) of 2015 to the High Court for adjudication.
Considering the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of abolition of the Tribunal, the petitioner is permitted to file an application before the Registry of the Tribunal along with certified copy of this order for transfer of the Original Application to the High Court for adjudication of the same before the assigned Bench. In that event, learned Tribunal will transfer the same expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
