By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 25.08.2000 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.78(S) of 2000 whereby the Tribunal directed the Authority concerned to take appropriate decision in the matter regarding inclusion of Additional Collection Peons engaged in Tahsil Offices prior to 12.04.1993 in regular Class-IV vacant posts.
Considering the submissions and the averments made in this writ petition, we are of the opinion that the impugned order dated 25.08.2000 needs no interference. Hence, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, stands dismissed.
