Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to the opposite parties to reconsider her case and further seeks for quashing of the enquiry report in Annexure-4
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the meantime time four years have passed and, as such, with efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
