The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the order of dismissal vide Annexure-14 dated 19.03.2009 passed by opposite party no.4-Commandant, 113 BN, C.R.P.F., Jammu and the order dated 09.11.2009 passed by the appellate authority vide Annexure-16 and the order dated 01.01.2011 passed by the revisional authority confirming the order of dismissal. He also seeks for direction to the opposite parties to reinstate him in his service with full back wages and other consequential benefit. He further seeks for direction to opposite party no.1 to dispose of his review petition vide Annexure-19 dated 18.01.2018 by giving an opportunity of personal hearing.
In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-19 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner under Annexure19 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within
a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
