Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-opposite parties.
For the subsequent scheme coming into force and as the learned counsel for the petitioners has no instruction in the matter as to whether the petitioners have been benefited or not in the meantime, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners, in the event, they have still any cause of action, they may approach this Court again with a fresh Writ Petition.
