03 03.04.2019 Heard Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the order dated 22.06.2015 issued by opposite party no.1 in annexure-19. She further seeks for direction to the opposite parties to accept her joining report w.e.f. the date she submitted her joining report with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a stipulated period.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no. 1 vide Annexure-20 series and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner under Annexure-20 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
