6 11.12.2019 In spite of giving a head note for over two years in the circulation of list and further in spite of repeated request to Bar Members to come forward with written notes of submission ahead on taking place of hearing of the old matters, there is least improvement in such request. Last two years also this Court makes it clear that unless written notes of submission is filed before this Court, the matter will be dismissed for non-filing of written notes of submission.
As a consequence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition for not filing the written notes of submission but, however, with the scope for restoration.
Interim order dated 9.10.2009 passed by this Court stands vacated.
