Heard Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 15327 of 2019, which has been disposed of on 06.09.2019.
Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed order dated 06.09.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 15327 of 2019, the order dated 19.08.2019 in Annexure-9 series is quashed and the Authorized Officer-opposite party no.1 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and thereafter prepare a fresh gradation list, as a consequence thereof the promotion will be given effect to.
The writ petition is thus disposed of.
