Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:
“The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordship’s would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, call for the records from the Opp. parties and after hearing the parties issue a writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus quashing Annexures-1 and 5 respectively and direct reinstatement of the petitioner to her post with all financial benefits to her;”
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a representation ventilating her grievances before the appropriate authority in view of vacant posts are available.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn permitting the petitioner to file a representation before the appropriate authority ventilating her grievances within a period of four weeks from today and the authority is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
