Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned ASC for State and Mr. H.S. Panda, learned Central Government Counsel.
The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure- 5 before the Project Director, National Highways Authority of India, Sahadev Khunta, Balasore- Opposite Party No.2 for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is stated to be still pending.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions and without going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of, directing the Project Director, National Highways Authority of India, Sahadev Khunta, Balasore- Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure- 5 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, taking into consideration the provisions of Section- 3(c) of the National Highways Authority of India Act.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the Opposite Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure-5.
The writ application is accordingly
disposed of.
