The petitioners are stated to have been repatriated from East Bengal. They are stated to have applied for allotment of land in their favour before the Collector, Rayagada.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ application is disposed of, directing the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the Collector, Rayagada- Opposite Party No.5 within three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law and relevant rules within three months from the date of its filing. Opportunity of hearing, if necessary, may be given to the petitioners.
