In compliance of the order dated 11.04.2019, Mr. S.K. Pattnaik, Block Development Officer, Jeypore appears in person and produce the office order dated 20.04.2019 by which the order dated 12.03.2019 passed by him has been modified and the petitioner has been allowed to continue in the respective Gram Panchayat until further orders. The said order be kept on record.
Mr. R.N. Parija, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since the order dated 12.03.2019 has been modified and the same has been communicated to the petitioner, he does not want to press this application.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
The personal appearance of Mr. S.K. Pattnaik, Block Development Officer, Jeypore is dispensed with.
