Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that as per the guideline, appeal provision is there. Instead of preferring appeal, the petitioner has filed this application.
In course of hearing Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer appeal before the appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
