Looking to the limited nature of prayer and as this Court finds, the representations of the petitioners, vide Annexures-2 series and 3 are pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Collector, Puri and the D.F.O., Puri to take a decision on the representations of the petitioners within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the writ petition but however involving the parties likely to be affected.
