Dr. Das, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Sahoo, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that they are not receiving any instructions from the respective parties.
Under the circumstance, this Court dismisses this First Appeal, but however with liberty to the parties, in the event, they have any interest involving the appeal, may apply for revival of the case.
